The Aspire Conference & Function Centre boasts three stunning event spaces, which can cater for groups of 10 to 360 people. Perfect for your next conference, team meeting or social event.
UniActive is a state-of-the-art exercise facility located favourably on Innovation Campus, and open 24/7 for flexibility and convenience. UniActive is not just open for university staff and students, but welcomes the entire Wollongong Community. Our Precor cardio and strength equipment utilises the best interactive technology to track your workouts. We also offer small group classes, classes for over 50’s and personal training.
Piccolo Me is the onsite cafe located at the ground floor of The Central Building. The Piccolo Me brand and concept are young at heart but strong on traditions, playing on the strength of emotional connections and childhood favourites; mixing traditional flavours with a modern twist.
Science Space is the only dedicated science experience in NSW and is a place where anyone, young and old, can come and see how science and technology discoveries have become reality. It is a place to be inspired about what the future holds and empowered to help change it for the better.
The Alumni Bookshop sells a diverse range of quality pre-loved books at very reasonable prices. All proceeds fund student equity scholarships and awards for excellence. In just over 20 years of operation, the Bookshop has raised more than $269,000 to support the financial security of students in need. This is thanks to the hard work and dedication of volunteers from a group of UOW alumni and friends of the University. Opening hours: Thursday and Saturday 10:30am – 2:30pm.
The UOW Makerspace is a public creative space providing ‘makers’, both new and experienced, with access to tools, equipment, and training. We foster an inclusive, vibrant, supportive, and exploratory environment for all in the community who are interested in creating, repairing inventing, tinkering or learning-by-doing.
The Innovation Campus’ brand new Parents and Baby Room is located on the ground floor of the Mike Codd building (B232) room G12B. The room contains a recliner lounger, change table, sink and microwave and is available for all Innovation Campus visitors.
