PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BALLS

These little balls of heaven are packed with fibre, protein, healthy fats, and a good amount of carbs. There are no dates or food processors involved so you can make these in no time.


INGREDIENTS

  • 2/3 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa nibs
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup Whey Protein Powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Place dough in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.

Roll into 12 bites. Enjoy and store remainder in the fridge for up to a week.
