From February 8th 2021 UOW’s in house Facilities Management Division (FMD) will be managing building maintenance service requests, please log any requests by:

As noted above, the Service Desk operates 7:30am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday. Urgent requests within normal operating hours should be telephoned through to the service desk. The main phone line is diverted to security outside of these times. Urgent requests for after-hours maintenance should be made direct to UOW Security (02) 4221 4555. Email and web based requests outside normal operating hours are not processed until the next business day.
