APPLE CRISP BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

This Apple smoothie is like a blissful hug for your tastebuds. Paired with cinnamon, it has a creamy texture and tastes so yum!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 medium apple, peeled and cored
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or milk of choice)

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all the ingredients to the bowl of your blender and give it a stir to ensure that everything is well combined. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.

The next morning, blend until a smooth and creamy. Pour back into a glass and enjoy!
