The Central
The Central is the heart of the Innovation Campus, a vibrant hub with a cafe, gym, and meeting and event spaces. Its light-filled atrium and stunning views create an ideal environment for work, study, and social connection.
Enterprise 1
Enterprise 1 is a showcase of innovative design and sustainable practices. This $40 million facility features a five-star NABERS rating and incorporates cutting-edge technologies such as automatic sun-tracking louvres to optimise energy efficiency. Enterprise 1 provides 10,000 square metres of premium office space for leading national and international corporations and research institutes.
The Mike Codd Building, is a key hub for innovation at the Innovation Campus. Home to the Digital Media Centre, it provides unparalleled access to expertise in business, management, technology, and the arts. This state-of-the-art building also houses the Australasian Health Outcomes Consortium
and campus security.
The Fairy Meadow Ambulance Station is a modern facility featuring parking bays, office areas, staff facilities, and a gym. It includes a solar energy system with battery storage for backup power. This station is part of the NSW Government's $232 million RAIR program, enhancing regional emergency services.
