The University of Wollongong’s Innovation Campus is changing the way we work with a new space offering. SmartSpace is a co-working, community-orientated share space that is the smart choice for smart professionals. It offers premium serviced offices, co-working spaces, day suites and meeting rooms, including premier telecommunications, at flexible rates and on simple terms.
The Innovation Campus also gives SmartSpace clients the opportunity to collaborate with University research groups and network with a thriving business community, while connecting you with students, graduates and further education opportunities from one of the world’s leading Universities.

Serviced Offices & Co-working Spaces
Serviced offices start from $205 per week, with internal offices giving our clients maximum privacy or external offices overlooking the picturesque Enterprise 1 grounds or atrium.
SmartSpace co-working spaces start from $92 per week, allowing our clients to work alongside like-minded business people in a professional environment.
Our serviced offices and co-working prices include:

- 24/7 access to your office
- Professional reception staff to meet and greet your clients
- Receptionist services including phone answering and message taking

Our immaculate meeting rooms can host 1 – 6 people, or up to 16 people within our stunning boardroom. Within these spaces, our facilities include PC enabled screens, internet connection, full audio-visual capabilities and video conferencing and optional catering.
